1- Are all of the artworks original?

All  of the  paintings and the other works of art are original, and produced by famous TURKISH artists.  

2- Are all of the paintings on canvas?

No, we specied them below the pictures.  
 
3- Are the paintings framed?

Yes, they are framed. The prices include the frame costs.  
 
4- Do the dimensions of painting include frame size?

No, the dimensions of the pictures are not include frame's size. They reflect only canvas size.

5- Do you sell all your paintings which you displayed on the web site?

No, some paintings are not for sale. We indicated them as "COLLECTION" or "SOLD"

6- How to order?

To place an order, please send us an e-mail or fax with the product number.  Please do not forget to add other specifications of the product such as, artist name,  price,dimensions to prevent any misunderstanding. (For more information please return  "How can I buy?" on the main page).

7- How is the payment made?

There are different payment options. Please find one of those at your convenience.   You can find it at the main page  "How can I buy"  

8- How do you deliver paintings to us ?

The paintings send to you via DHL,FedEx,TNT,UPS or ordinary mail. Generally we use DHL for  shipping but if you prefer another forwarder please inform us. (For more information please return  "Shipping" on the main page. 
 
9- What about the shipping charge?

Shipping and handling charges at our expense We will pay all shipping charges 

10- Are the paintings and other artwoks insured during transport?

Yes, the goods are insured against loss and damage until they arrive at destination. We will pay insurance cost.  

11- How long will it take to receive the painting when I placed order?

It takes approximate one week, after we received the payment.
