Born in Kuruca village of Bingöl in 1973. He could not
continue his education after secondary school because he had been afflicted by polio. He has participated in vessel scale model courses in Germany.
Kilic has learnt about the art of stone paintings from
Bünyamin.Cumurcu and has been working professionally since 1993.
He do not use any paint on his pictures. He picks up
coloured stones from the mountains and crushes them using mortar. Then sticks the stones to a flat wooden
material. So the colors of the products are the natural colors of the stones.
He has ten personal exhibitions and participated in several group exhibitions. Some of his paintings have been exhibiting at the special collections in many places all over the world.
As well as being a painter, Ali Riza is a skillful poet. He has over 150 qualified poems that can be published.

Tas resim sanatini Bünyamin.Cumurcu’dan ögrenen Ali Riza 1993 yilindan beri profesyonel olarak calismaktadir.
Resimlerinde hiç boya kullanmadan, daglardan toplamıs oldugu taslari döverek ahsap yüzeyler üzerine yapistirmaktadir.Dolayisiyla resimlerinde görülen renkler taslarin dogal renkleridir.
On kisisel sergi acan ve karma sergilere katilan sanatcinin, dünyanin bircok yerinde özel kolleksiyonlarda eserleri bulunmaktadir.
Ayni zamanda yetenekli bir sair olan Ali Riza’nin yayinlanabilecek düzeyde 150 den fazla siiri bulunmaktadir.
