1- Are all of the artworks original?
All of the paintings and the other works of art are original,
and produced by famous TURKISH artists.
2- Are all of the paintings on canvas?
No, we specied them below the paintings.
3- Are the paintings framed?
Yes, they are framed. The prices include the frame costs.
4- Do the dimensions of painting include frame size?
No, the dimensions of the paintings are not include frame's size. They reflect only canvas size.
5- Do you sell all your paintings which you displayed on the web site?
No, some paintings are not for sale. We indicated them as "COLLECTION" or "SOLD"
6- How to order?
To place an order, please send us an e-mail or fax with the product number.
Please do not forget to add other specifications of the product such as, artist name,
price,dimensions to prevent any misunderstanding.

7- How is the payment made?
There are different payment options. Please find one of those at your convenience.

8- How do you deliver paintings to us ?
The paintings send to you via DHL,FedEx,TNT,UPS or ordinary mail. Generally we use DHL for
shipping but if you prefer another forwarder please inform us.

9- What about the shipping charge?
Shipping and handling charges at your expense You will pay shipping charges
10- Are the paintings and other artwoks insured during transport?
Yes, the goods are insured against loss and damage until they arrive at destination.
We will pay insurance cost.
11- How long will it take to receive the painting when I placed order?
It takes approximate one week, after we received the payment.
